What is a good day rate to charge for a mural commission?
I'm a trained artist in the uk, and have recently done a few murals for clients, but I'm unsure what is a reasonable day rate to charge. Also, should I include the cost of materials in my day rate, or bill them seperately?
I am not sure what the typical day rate or (by piece commission) in the UK is.
I am assuming that you have great talent.
I usually give day rates.I find that in this way it gives me the credibility of being a professional and capable person.
